Our Clubhouse is the perfect place to gather and discover some of the wonderful spaces Bay Point has to offer.

Unless otherwise stated these spaces are available for your enjoyment daily between 9 am – 10 pm.

• Sea View Terrace: Stunning bay views with cozy fireside seating
• Cove Lounge: The perfect place to dine, relax, or send a few emails
• Activities Room: Our favorite inside playground – jumbo scrabble, shuffleboard, board games, big screen TV and cozy couches
• Kids Den: Kid-friendly channels, big cushion chairs and unlimited games on our arcade table (60 games to choose from!)
• Pool: Saltwater, heated, comfortable lounge chairs, and a great view.
• • Please note there are daily adult swim only hours. Look for postings or inquire with our team.
• Fitness Center: Open 24hrs. Peloton Bike, Elliptical trainer, Treadmill all with flat screens. Ample space for your personalized workout or yoga session.

On the South side of the resort you will find the perfect-sized playground for the kiddos. And nearby is our Bocce Ball Court and Horseshoe Pits. We also have Corn Hole games that can be delivered either to your site or placed near the lawn game area.

Please note that equipment is available for loan from the General Store or by texting Guest Services.

Our Community Fire it is available for anyone’s use while at the resort. And if you would like us to get a fire started then please text Guest Services and we will get things rolling!

Firewood bundles are available for sale from the General Store or by texting Guest Services.

The nearby Pavilion is a great space to unwind, play some games, listen to music, have a community dinner or just take a step in from the coastal breeze. This is an open space available for all of our guests daily from 9 am – 10 pm unless otherwise noted (this space can be rented for private events. If one is taking place the appropriate signage will be in place).

We have two charging stations located in the main parking lot to the right of the Clubhouse stairs. Charging is complimentary for all registered guests.

Located at both the North and South restrooms, our Dog Wash Stations provide complimentary hypoallergenic shampoo and the perfect setup for rinsing off Fido. With 84-degree water out of the tap it’s sure to be a favorite.

Please bring your own towels for drying.

Please note that we have multiple Dog Waste Stations throughout the property for those times that you might need to pick up after your furry loved one.

Our laundry facilities are located in both the North and South restrooms. These are credit card-operated. Detergent is available for sale in our General Store. For those staying in one of our lodging accommodations please note that each unit is equipped with complimentary pods and fabric sheets.

The laundry room is accessible 24hrs.

Our restrooms are spacious, heated, and provide multiple private showers for your convenience.

Please note that the private showers on the North and South side of the resort are gender-neutral.

We refill individual tanks and motor coaches. Please stop by the Front Desk or text Guest Services to coordinate a fill.
