Luxe Rv Sites User Guide

• All RVs must be RVIA certified and are subject to management approval at their sole discretion. No tents are allowed as well as sleeping in non-RV vehicles. 
• One habitable and one non-habitable vehicle are allowed per site and must be parked completely on the gravel within the site. 
• Please do not park on the grass or along the roadways. 
• $5.00 per passenger vehicle per night. 
• Large vehicles are only accepted on a space available basis. If they cannot fit within the gravel confines of the site, must be placed in an overflow parking area subject to a fee of $5.00 per vehicle per day. 
• Vehicle washing is permitted upon approval from the front desk. When approved, please use a water restricting valve and auto shutoff nozzle. 
• Maximum 6 guests per RV site. Cabin maximum occupancies vary by style. 
• Base rate includes 2 people. Additional occupants are $5.00 per person,/ per night. 
• Children under 6 years of age are not subject to additional occupant fee or included in the maximum guests per site count.
