LUXE RV SITES USER GUIDE

ELECTRIC HOOK UP

On Arrival

  • Please ensure the 30/50 amp breaker is off before plugging in your power cord.
  • Plug your RV power cord in firmly with no space between the plug and the chosen receptacle.
  • Turn on the appropriate power breaker after plug has been inserted.

Please note: All hook ups must be on the same side as the pedestal.  We do not allow docking on opposing sides and cords may not run underneath the vessel.

On Departure

  • When departing please turn the power off before disconnecting your plug from the receptacle.

WATER HOOK UP

We recommend the use of a water pressure regulator and a one-way flow valve.

SEWER HOOK UP

All sewer connections must have an airtight seal and must be elevated from the ground using and RV sewer hose support as required by State & Federal Law.

CABLE

Connection is available on the back side of the pedestal.

Common cable issues can be resolved by checking the following on the customer side:

  1. Verifying your antenna booster is off.
  2. Verifying the connection ends of your cable are in good condition.
  3. Connecting your cable snuggly, but not overtightened.
  4. Conducting a channel search on your TV.

For our channel guide, follow this link. A copy of the channel guide is also located on the kitchen table under the remote.

LEVELING

Please ensure your RV is level. If it isn’t, it could prevent appliances and drainage in your RV from working properly.

PICNIC TABLES

Please do not use portable grills on the picnic table without protecting the table from heat and food splatter.

If you move a picnic table, please return it to its original location.

FIREPIT

Please do not throw household trash, food, cigarette butts, animal droppings, or any other item other than firewood and starter paper into the firepits.

Please do not bring outside firewood into the resort.  Firewood is available for sale and can be delivered directly to your site.

Do not move firepit pavers.
